Marketing and external communication
This service is a key point of contact for individuals, public authorities and businesses that contact the RMI. This intial contact helps to identify and clarify the expectations of citizens, administrations and businesses and to seek ways to meet them.

The main activities are :
- Offering the RMI's products and services
- Customer's follow-up
- Improving services and consultation with customers
- RMI ombudsman service
- Handling general educational questions for schoolchildren, teachers and interested citizens
- Public relations activities for the RMI
- Coordinating the RMI's external communications (publications, website, social media)
