Structure

The Legal Department is in charge of :

• Advising senior officials on the awarding of public contracts,
• Reviewing contracts and other aggreements concluded by the RMI with its partners,
• Provide legal opinions to the General Management and other departments,
• Overseeing the follow-up of (extra)judicial disputes.
